IT-AGAIN.co.uk prides itself with an average delivery time of 2-3 days from when you place your order. This is providing you pay of course!
2. Something went wrong with my order, have I made payment?
If payment has been recorded your order should now state "processing", otherwise no payment has been made. To get help with these queries please use our contact page!

3. I have lost my account password and need a new one?
If this happens to you then simply email us so we can rectify the situation and email the new password to your registered email address.
For security reasons it can only go to the registered email address and no other third party address.
4. What is Nochex and how do I use it?
Nochex is our chosen payment gateway. Noches uses heavy encryption allowing you to give your chosen card details with maximum security.
Please note an order must be placed first before paying via Nochex, we cannot accept orders placed through the Nochex web site without a valid IT-AGAIN.co.uk order number
